Position Description:
The Global Compensation and Benefits team operates as a center of expertise within the HR function with responsibility for the design and strategy of compensation and benefits globally. The team works within the context of the Global Compensation Philosophy to apply global strategy on a local level.
This role will be a fundamental part of the Global Compensation & Benefits team, reporting directly to the Director Global Compensation & Benefits. The team member will manage the global mobility program, lead the design and analysis for the sales compensation programs and work in partnership with other team members to deliver solution-based compensation and benefits to the organization. In addition, this role will act as the compensation and benefits point person for Flowserves emerging market region.
Accountabilities
Key accountabilities include:
Monitor and maintain the compensation plans, policies, and structures to ensure that they continue to support Flowserve's business strategy and remain competitive, cost effective, legally compliant, and leading edge.
Act as the owner for the global mobility program, with responsibility for program design, vendor management, and the focal point of coordination for assignment and relocation needs, monitoring all stages of the expatriate administrative cycle
Assess effectiveness of existing sales compensation programs, complete annual modeling process and partner with sales organization on plan design
Remain current on market trends/ practices, legal/regulatory changes, labor practices, and Flowserve business and plan utilization patterns across the emerging markets region (Africa, Russia, and Middle East).
Ensure effective implementation and internal compliance of compensation and benefit plans and policies.
Select and manage effective external partnerships as required to engage in the development and/or delivery of compensation and benefit plans and programs. Partnerships should be evaluated based on their capabilities, performance, and costs. Ensure provider relationships yield high value for investment.
Effectively partner with HR Operations, Talent Management & Org Effectiveness, Global HR Solutions and Communications to develop and deliver effective education and training programs that improve perception and understanding and ensure effective implementation and utilization of compensation and benefit plans and policies.
Plan and manage assigned projects to ensure successful achievement of objectives, schedules, and budgets.
Support acquisition due diligence processes and manage compensation and benefit transitions across emerging markets.
Position Requirements:
Qualifications:
Minimum 4 year degree
Minimum of 4 years of experience within a broad based Compensation and Benefits role, in a multi-national organization
Experience in sales compensation analysis and design preferred
Experience in administration of expatriate assignments.
Cross-team coordination and project management skills are essential
Demonstrable experience in serving in a consultant role either internally or externally
High level of competence in data analysis
Ability to deliver communication message to different levels including top management within the organization
Experience in working with and influencing executive level associates
Proficiency in English

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
