Are you success and sales driven? AMLI is looking for candidates with strong sales skills, exceptional customer service abilities and a desire to work in an environment with cutting edge, leasing technology. As our floating Leasing Consultant you will be responsible for all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals at various AMLI properties in the Las Colinas area. Our Leasing Consultants interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve the property's maximum occupancy. This includes generating and handling traffic, qualifying prospects, leasing apartments and preparing lease documentation. Our SMART Office technology engages our customers and creates more sales opportunities for our leasing staff. Candidates must be willing to travel to different communities in Irving, Texas.

Requirements: We are looking for someone with two or more years related or sales experience, HS/GED required, college a big plus. Weekend availability and travel to different AMLI communities in the region is required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
