Duties:
Requirement gathering; designing, developing and configuring computer software applications on multiple platforms including coding, testing, debugging, documenting and reviewing the development tasks.
Working with management to translate requirements into development tasks and mentoring junior team members.
Design, Develop and Code: Web pages using HTML 5, CSS 3, JQuery, JSON; application architecture using ASP.net MVC and Entity framework; applications using C#.net and ASP.net.
Build web services using WCF; and filtering data and data migration using SSIS packages.
Develop and execute unit cases using NUnit as per test specifications.
Requirements:
Masters degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Science and Engineering, Electronic/Electrical Engineering, or a related field and 3 years of experience in software development positions or related occupations to include at least 2 years working with HTML 5, CSS 3, JQuery, JSON, WCF and .net related technologies and frameworks OR Bachelors or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Science and Engineering, Electronic/Electrical Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in software development positions or related occupations to include at least 2 years working with HTML 5, CSS 3, JQuery, JSON, WCF and .net related technologies and frameworks. May require travel and/or relocation to various unanticipated client sites throughout the USA.
