Description This position supports the Real Estate Lending business and NAOT units and assists with audit and exam management and assists business with escalation and negotiation of potential issues or findings. The position will interface regularly with management, business partners, examiners/auditors, and with the general counsel's legal team. This position will also perform special projects, compile data, and prepare/present reports to senior management and other personnel. This person will also provide advice and training to business and NAOT units. Qualifications Strong project management skills Understanding of policies and business applications Excellent attention to detail with ability to identify potential strategic risks and issues Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain professional working relationships with business partners, auditors and examiners Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of the organization Strong sense of accountability and work ethic Demonstrated ability to prioritize and drive results with a high sense of urgency 5
years Compliance experience Bachelor's Degree required Skills/Requirements: Bachelor's DegreeEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
