o Open mind and desire to tackle new challenges and take on new responsibilities
o Enjoys documenting progress while solving problems
o Experience supporting users via a help desk scenario
o Experience managing business license
o Experience working with License HQ
Able to travel up to 50% based on business need (domestic); trips usually range from 3 days to 1 week (generally 1-2 trips a month).
