Qualifications & Responsibilities
As a member of Marketing Technology, the Operations Business Systems Analyst will act as the key liaison between the client and the Epsilon Operations Support team. The Business Systems Analyst plays a key role within the technology organization by interacting with the client, resolving production incidents and managing incidents in the ticketing system. This is a technical BSA position that requires the ability to perform application research and analysis, production troubleshooting, application testing and support.
Provide production support by researching and coordinating production tickets
Manage incident tickets to ensure that tickets are prioritized and updated appropriately
Communicate internally and externally at all levels within the client and Epsilon organizations
Own and manage production incidents to completion by specified deadlines
Work with the operations development team to implement technical solutions for production issues
Develop and execute test plans to ensure quality resolutions
Create and update documentation as needed
Provide after hours support as a member of the BSA on-call rotation
Background/Skills Required:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
7 years of experience in an analytical and technical support role
The ideal candidate will have a blend of business and technical knowledge in a customer service environment
Initiative and motivation to take ownership of issues and manage them to resolution with little supervision
Experience in managing client expectations
Desire to learn the client's business, their applications and the tools necessary to support them
Proven analytical skills
Intermediate PL/SQL skills
Strong understanding of website and relational database implementations is required for researching system issues
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in other Microsoft Office products
Ability to quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Professional verbal and written communication skills are required
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Background/Skills Preferred:
Experience with Toad, PL/SQL Developer, Cognos Reporting, Putty and Active Directory
Understanding of hardware, software and network infrastructures
Knowledge of Loyalty Platforms and Marketing Campaigns
Experience working with ticketing systems like ServiceNow and TestTrack
Previous team lead or management experience preferred

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
