Required Skills:
-Experience with telecom coordination duties such as supporting field office for moves, adds, and changes, handling cabling requests with vendors, troubleshooting urgent phone service issues and engage proper resources for repair, telecom inventory management as well as shipping of telecom equipment as needed.
-Ordering new service/processing disconnects, supporting users, and balancing payments/invoices for data and cell phone service.
-Experience with MS Office and other computer systems/applications
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; great customer service attitude, ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Provides urgent care to offices experiencing impacts to phone service, and effectively communicates with callers to troubleshoot and engage the proper resources for repair.
- Field customer laison and champion for mobility AT&T and Verizon (data and cell phone service) offerings. Responsibilities include ordering new service, processing disconnects, supporting existing users, balancing payments/invoices.
- Provides telecom inventory management and shipping of telecom equipment as needed.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially excel and outlook and over-all confidence in computer skills.
-Business casual work environment.
