Technical Sales Specialist
Provide pre-sale and post-sale technical support to the sales team to better manage customized connectors for the semiconductor test industry. Understand and interpret technical requirements defined by customers for new sale opportunities and to coordinate failure analysis processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate with engineering, sales and marketing to thoroughly understand internal capabilities and company goals.
Review customer requirements to determine if standard product offerings can meet their need, or if extra customization is required.
Provide pre-sale technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services to sales staff and customers.
Review customer complaints and issues with products in the field to help triage and identify course of action.
Coordinate between sales and engineering to keep failure analysis projects moving through the system.
Maintain project lists for customer complaints and RMAs.
Analyze and create reports regarding product costs, margins, etc.
Skills and Qualifications:
Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent experience.
Requires good aptitude for mechanical design concepts.

Salary $53,000.00 per year.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
