Compensation: Salary plus commission to be determined upon experience

If so, we are seeking Staffing Recruiters for our Irving, Fort Worth, Arlington, and Dallas offices! Our company is growing and we are looking for people who want to grow with us! Recruiters are responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing, and matching candidates with career opportunities. Additionally, recruiters are responsible for inside sales and marketing new business with clients.
Requirements:
Must be able to communicate professionally and effectively in person, via email, and over the phone
Must be highly organized, and pay great attention to detail
Must be highly dependable and motivated to succeed
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook
Bachelors degree is highly preferred
Sales experience is a plus!
