Internal Operations & Systems Manager ------------to join our innovative, growing company.
Lead, coach, guide, and develop the Internal Operations team, including one remote employeeConsistently partner with shared service team to drive success of the internal operations and field management teams, including IT, Dev Team, GIS, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Effectiveness, and Finance.
Consistent partnership with field management leaders.
Conduct and participate in Task Forces (focus to fix), team and all-team meetings, in an effort to ensure our teams meet operational excellence and is the driving force for our client and organization.
Project Manage and Administer the Kronos timekeeping tool, managing user interfaces for Samsung and Mosaic, users, store lists, password and login information, data feeds to Best Buy, scheduling, reconciliation of hours, data integration and full migration plan for future phases.
Project manages migration of systems and data as required, specifically related to impacts to program.
Work closely with client contacts to understand reporting and insights needs, execute on those needs while maintaining KPIs of timeliness and accuracy, as well as maintaining client satisfaction.

The Sr.

Establish performance metrics for individuals on the Internal Operations team, that pair up with meeting client and company expectations in order to drive resultsOversee the internal execution of all new initiatives with the program team and Mosaic shared services, integrate them into the business, attend all relevant meetings and work on further developing internal efficienciesBudget management of vendor spend and invoice validation, cost per hire client charges, and review of client invoicing before submissionHas frequent contact with others outside of workgroup, both inside and outside Mosaic.
Results have major implications on the management and operations of an area within a department.
And other duties as assign Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field and at least eight or more years of account management, service industry or operations experience in a retail/merchandising/marketing environment OR any similar combination of education & experienceExcellent relationship building skills; proven success in senior level relationship, building, development and managementOutstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and prioritization of tasksExperience developing, tracking and monitoring cross-functional processesAbility to proactively determine client-based and internal needs and present solutionsProject management experience ideal - multi-faceted complex modeling and process managementPrevious experience with leading, managing, guiding and developing direct reportsStrong verbal and written communication skills, as well as impeccable follow-up and organization and problem-solving skillsExtensive experience working in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically expert level Excel, with proven passion to continuously learn features and functionality.
Deep understanding of vlookup, pivot tables, complex formulas, graphs and slicers / Experience in reporting, data analysis and insightsExperience with Kronos ideal but not requiredDecisions have major implications on the management and operation of an area within a department.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
