Knowledge Manager

JOB FUNCTION:
This role is responsible for establishing a center of excellence for knowledge management within Epsilon's STS organization.
This includes reviewing, creating and maintaining documentation and processes for supporting IT Infrastructure.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES Documentation - Create and maintain IT support documentation for STS Support groups to ensure adequate information is available to reference for incident and request management Process Flows - Leverage ITIL best practices to drive continual process improvement Analysis - Analyze and identify knowledge sources to prioritize documentation needs Standardization - Apply formatting and technical writing best practices to knowledge documentation Communication - Utilize excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with appropriate stakeholders to provide analysis and resolution actions for known errors.
EDUCATION:
College Degree or Technical Certification preferred with a focus on Information Technology ITIL v3 Foundations certification preferred
Experience:
Must have extensive experience developing and leading IT knowledge management and documenting support processes in a large organization, including a proven track record of establishing solid knowledge management processes based on industry best practices.
Knowledge of Incident Management Service Management tools - FrontRange HEAT or Computer Associates Service Desk - a plus.
