Position Summary
The Equipment Inside Sales Representative is responsible for selling corporate products or services through the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas.

The Inside Sales Representative will reach business targets through excellent telephone sales and communications skills. This individual will also develop phone-based revenue generation through the creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls, and establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers. Integrity, vision, and passion are essential for this role.

Responsibilities include maintaining a sales pipeline, prospecting and developing new business, making sales calls to qualified leads and existing customers, and creating presentations to improve sales results.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Cold-call prospects that are generated by external sources of lead.
Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.
Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within client base.
Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects.
Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions as appropriate.
Assist in creating RFP responses to potential clients.
Where applicable, support marketing efforts such as trade show attendance, exhibits, and other events.
Make outbound follow-up calls to existing customers via telephone and e-mail cross-sell and up-sell.
Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales.
Overcome objections of prospective customers.
Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database.
Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues.
Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position.
Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss and credit terms
Coordinate customer training as necessary.
Sell products/services profitably while achieving identified sales goals.
Sell Print/Cut devices, DTG machines, Pre-treat machines, Vinyl Cutters, Heat Presses.
Sell any materials, services or accessories, bundled or packaged with the initial equipment sale.

Daily activities include but are not limited to:
Sales Calls to leads, prospects, customers and cold calls
One-on-One Stahls' TV product presentations
Reporting on weekly sales activity via CRM (or approved short term substitute)
Work closely with the GSSA and Stahls' customer service departments in meeting customer needs
Follow up calls on devices placed to gauge satisfaction and potential for growth
Handing off equipment sales to materials group for follow up (done via CRM)
Periodic reporting of consumable sales by device/customer sold
Education Requirements
A Bachelors' degree preferred but not required
Business preferred
Experience Requirements
2 to 3 years
Sales and/or tele-sales
