Responsibilities:
The onsite mobility consultant/engineer will be responsible for providing on demand support to customer end-users and support specialists onsite, including, but not limited to:
o Migration from Blackberry Smartphones to Windows Phone Smartphones;
o The Windows Phone operating system;
o The AirWatch Mobile Device Management (MDM) software platform
The mobility consultant will work normal business hours and provide ongoing support and documentation related to the use of Windows Phone devices, including, but not limited to:
o Troubleshooting device and operating system issues;
o Providing support on the use of the device, operating system and content;
o Training of customer support staff on hardware, software and MDM support
o Documentation, including:
o QuickStart materials
o Knowledgebase articles
o Reference materials
o Workflows
REQUIRED
Experience:
Must have relevant experience
EDUCATION:
Minimum level of education required is a High School Diploma.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
