Administrative Assistant-3255

Concierge Service based company located in Irving is looking for an Administrative Assistant with exceptional customer service skills. The ideal candidate will be a team player, possess an outgoing personality, have a polished appearance and demeanor, and love working with people either over the phone or in person. Must be organized, have the ability to multi-task efficiently with MS Office and internet searches. Solid verbal and written communication skills are required. Must have reliable transportation and open to working in Downtown Dallas, Uptown, Las Colinas and Irving. This position will start off part time between 20-25 hours per week and will go to full time hours after probationary period. Pay is between $13.00 and $15.00 per hour. Client would love a candidate that's knowledgeable in the local Dallas entertainment scene of arts, music, and dining, ect.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
