This is a highly visible role within the organization and calls for someone with a strong business acumen with previous experience working with an executive team on strategy development. Role will include the monitoring effectiveness of compensation policies, guidelines and procedures with recommendations in plan revisions and development in new plans that are market competitive, cost effective and consistent in maintaining culture performance. Must have Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources or related field with at least 8 plus years of progressive responsibilities in compensation. Superior collaboration and communication skills along with strong planning, organizational and facilitation in change management skills. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
