Trend Micro, Inc. seeks a Senior Business Process Analyst in Irving, TX. Job Duties: Work with business users in Finance, Sales, Sales Ops Dept. Work with the business teams to review existing NAVISION process/system. Develop and implement improvement plans. Gather, analyze and document users requirements. Translate user requirements into design specifications by co-working with both internal and external teams of developers and other functional analysts while ensuring all nuances of the requirements are understood and executed per requirements. Resonsible for all aspects of assigned NAVISION and integrated system projects from initiating to closure following Trend Micros defined process and quality standard. Plan for test activities, write test scripts and execute them as needed. Support users with day to day issues and be a front line support partner for issue resolution. Act as part of of the North American Business applications team including the US and Canada. Act as the single point of contact and business partner for the internal Trend Micro customers. Work closely with the business stakeholders and provide project oversight, business process analysis expertise and deliver world class NAVISION support to the business.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business related field and 60 months experience in job offered or computer related occupation. Experience must include: 1. Analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution experience; 2. Experience with designing/reviewing business processes, detailing them, identifying areas of improvement and creating improved process; 3. Navision ERP; 4. Hyperion planning or other Accounting/Finance Planning applications 5. SQL writing and reporting; 6. Business Objects experience; 7. MS Office, Visio and MS Project; 8. MS SQL Server 2005/2008 , .NET 3.5/4.0 Framework, ASP.NET 2.0/4.0, SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), Navision 4.03/2009; 9. Experience in implementation along with functional expertise in Accounting and/or Order Management areas.
