The senior .Net Software Developer position is to implement and troubleshoot software written around Microsoft technologies including but not limited to Microsoft MVC, ASP .NET, SQL, and jQuery. Core job functions will include analyzing system and business requirements via user stories to define and estimate tasks, implement functionality while adhering to company IT coding standards, and bug fix within new and legacy systems. The right candidate will also have excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong MSSQL, SSIS and Relational DB skills required. This .NET Sr. Developer must be an expert in C# development in web-based applications and services. Expert understanding and experience in OO design & development and proven track record of leadership involvement in full cycle software development. Senior .NET Developer should have knowledge of appropriate design patterns and programming best practices in C#, architecture, MVC and JavaScript. Thorough understanding and history of successfully developing applications using object-oriented programming concepts is essential.

Responsibilities:
Implement new features in existing software as well as write new software both for internal and external facing applications to meet business needs.
Analyze legacy code-base to allow for streamlined development in the future through refactoring.
Software maintenance through bug fixes requiring strong analytical skills to deduce issues quickly and working toward a resolution. Finally, responsible for seeing the software through to deployment into a production environment.
Work in a team environment and help mentor technical team members throughout the development life cycle.
Maintain a current awareness of technological developments and trends as it relates to Web architecture, databases, development and tools.
Keep SCRUM master updated on progress of tasks via SCRUM and task updates via ALM software

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (or 7 years equivalent work experience) in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science (CS), Software Engineering, or a related discipline, required.

years of overall IT/software development experience required
7
years of recent web application development within .NET technologies including ASP .NET, WCF, Microsoft MVC Framework (MVC3 and higher). Web Api experience is a plus. Must have a deep understanding of the .NET Framework and object-oriented concepts
9
years of development experience in object oriented languages with good software methodology practices
8
years of C# development required, VB .NET development experience a plus
6
years of Microsoft SQL Server experience, great SQL skills in writing and consuming stored procedures and CRUD operations. Should also have knowledge of user-defined functions, indexes, and views. SSIS is required.
3
years with jQuery and a basic understanding of CSS is a plus.
Helpful to have experience working in an agile development environment.
TFS experience preferred
The ability to work well within a team environment is required. Must be able to work with web developers, project managers, business analysts, account managers, and/or tech lead to achieve business and functional requirements.
The ability to work with front end design team and/or tech lead to achieve functional requirements is required.
The candidate must have the ability to design and implement solutions that are reliable, easily maintainable, and performant to meet the service levels associated with mission-critical web-based solutions.
Able to decompose and solve problems at the appropriate level within the system, keeping in mind the higher-level structures and their requirements.
Strong object-oriented design and development skills along with a solid working knowledge of current Internet technologies is required.
Flexible and adaptable in regards to learning, task assignments, and understanding new technologies.
Must have proven analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to work within tight deadlines and effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are required.
Must be highly self-motivated and directed.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
