Ad Age recently included us in their 2010 Best Places to Work in Marketing and Media list, and we are about to expand our team! We are currently looking for an -Internal Operations Coordinator to join our innovative, growing company.
The ideal candidate for the Internal Operations Coordinator will possess strong Excel skills, VERY STRONG organizational skills, project coordination experience, and extreme detail orientation.
Responsibilities:
The Operations Coordinator will:
Accurately maintain store lists as needed, and ensure scheduling is established and maintained correctlyDevelop and maintain call reports as needed.
Work to ensure areas of opportunity are identified within call reports, and make recommendations when applicable.
Create and manage visit calendars and schedules for all field reps, understanding coverage and plan expectations to ensure accuracyProvide assistance as needed with weekly, bi-weekly, period, quarterly, and adhoc reporting and data analysis for special projects, relating to project completion, issue tracking and follow-up reportingProvide assistance as needed with extensive, insightful analysis of call report data regarding retail strategies, trends, and product performanceWork closely with Field and Account Teams in terms of project completion and tracking, to ensure on-time delivery of all reporting requirements to client teamParticipate in cross-training of additional operations responsibilitiesManage new or one-off tasks effectively, accurately, and timelyTake advantage of internal resources to continue education of Mosaic systems and processes, as well as client processesAssist the Internal Operations Team with additional tasks and deliverables as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's (or Master's) Degree in Degree in Business or related field with one or more years of experience in a retail and/or consumer electronics environment OR any similar combination of education and experience.
Analytical skills required - detailed data-analysis and comprehensive follow-up neededOutstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, project management experience, and prioritization of tasksExcellent judgment, effective problem-resolution skills, and the ability to balance multiple (and often conflicting) demandsAbility to adapt and thrive in a fast paced environment while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integritySuperior interpersonal skills to work closely with other team members and the clientProfessional attitude and strong leadership skillsExcellent written communication, verbal communication and presentation skillsPreference of previous scheduling, data tracking, data reporting and analysis experience with strong use of Excel at an intermediate to advanced level; including working knowledge of simple and complex formulas, v-lookup, pivot tables.
Must have an advanced to expert understanding and ability to use additional Microsoft Office products, primarily Microsoft Access, and Word.
Experience with Microsoft Outlook a plus.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
