We are currently seeking a Consumer Collector for our Collections Department located in Irving, Texas.

Major Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Make and receive collection calls daily, set up payment arrangements, repossessions, and account adjustments on past due accounts.

Preferred Experience/
Qualifications:
Must have prior consumer collections experience- auto experience a plus. Must have thorough, working knowledge of credit and collection laws/regulations, including but not limited to the Fair Credit and Reporting Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices, and bankruptcy proceedings. Good interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with internal and external customers are critical.

$12.00 per hour plus monthly bonus and incentives

00, Saturday, rotates every 2 weeks with a day off during the week to compensate

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
