Follow all plant policies and procedures. Maintain a high work ethic. Keep open line of communication with peers, supervisors and management. Complete all paperwork as needed. Perform all other duties as assigned by leads and supervisor. Operation, general machine/work area maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of production equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times. Be available for overtime and call-ins. Maintain effective communication with the department team lead through conversations, reports, and meetings. Be able to analyze problems and suggest effective solutions. Must be able to follow, interpret, modify, distribute, and account for the production schedule. Must be able to perform all production tasks while following procedures. Maintain production supplies at the prescribed levels so that the line does not shut down for lack of materials.
Requirements
One to three months high pressure liquid fill experience, training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Employee must have experience with mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment. Must have a technical understanding and the ability to follow features such as touch screens and machine instruction manuals. Prefer at least 2 to 4 years of experience in a production department. Must have knowledge of basic shop equipment and tools.
