Software QA Engineer:- Research, analyze, design & develop UC lab networks. Evaluate, troubleshoot & support SIP PBX, endpoints, trunks, gateways. Analyze UC apps using packet capture tools. Automated scripting using Valid8 conformance tool. Install & integrate Microsoft OS, AD, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, Group Policy, hypervisors. Will work in unanticipated locations. Require Masters in Computer Science, Engineering or related & 1 year experience OR Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering or related & 5 years progressive experience.
