The Inside Solution Consultant is responsible for increasing value of accounts within a territory through outbound contact efforts to product solutions. They are involved with learning and staying informed on the comprehensive SFS product lines; learning and following a strategic sales process, updating and managing a sales pipeline, managing time and resources effectively; representing SFS, Wolters Kluwer within the industry and territory and contributing to sales planning and forecasting activities.
Responsibilities:
Expected to meet or exceed sales goals commensurate or above quota and key performance metrics that will lead to quota performance.
Ability to represent CCH Small Firm Services well and to conduct business to business follow-up and closing using acceptable etiquette and techniques are required for this type of activity.
Outbound calls to current customers.
Maintain and master on-going relationships with customers on the basis that each communication provides value to the customer.
Develop and Maintain strong knowledge of CCH SFS products and services.
Ability to conduct business analysis prior to a sale and identify opportunities within the current business structure.
Use of sales methods to prospect new leads.
Ability to present value proposition to prospects, using a consultative sales approach.
Strong understanding and execution of sales processes including SPIN, Challenger or consultative.
Strong computer literacy, experienced with SalesForce and MS Office Suite.
Versed in objection handling, using excellent listening skills and persuasive selling techniques to close sales
Proficient in creating and executing daily sales plans, including management and communication of sales pipeline to achieve sales goals. Attend sales and industry/product training at the direction of sales management
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree or 6 years sales experience
Experience: 2 years' experience in inside sales/lead generation and/or college graduate with desire for career in professional sales.

Ability to accept and provide constructive recommendations with team members.
Openness and ability to adjust sales and communication processes.
Resourceful and well organized Must be available to work in Kennesaw, GA
Must be able to work a flexible work schedule driven by customer demand.
Travel is minimal. Work occurs in a normal office environment.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
