User Experience Designer

Review and Interpret creative briefs along side members of your experience design team
Understand customer goals, business requirements, technical constraints, and work within project parameters.
Develop original design concepts in partnership with designers, architects, writers etc. and bring the ideas to life for stakeholder presentations and user testing.
Deep knowledge of HTML, Javascript, UX/prototyping tools, Flash, and Video editing software.
Skilled at finding clever ways to emulate a customer experience in a quick and cost effective manner.
Able to present objectives, insights, and creative solutions to stakeholders in an articulate and persuasive manner.
Interpret stakeholder feedback and communicate feedback to the design team.
Experiment with new tools and techniques and share your learning.
Engage in all aspects of the project.
5 years experience designing rich interactive brand, campaign and ecommerce experiences.
Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, New Media or related field.
Portfolio that represents a wide range of design styles, diverse projects and a clear personal aesthetic.
Intimate knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, HTML, Proto I/O, Principle and Axure.
Solid design and conceptual thinking skills.
Strong understanding of interaction design, site architecture, and designing intuitive user interfaces and navigation.
Understand the possibilities and limitations of web and mobile technologies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organization and time management skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Some experience presenting work to clients and stake holders
Experience working in Agile Methodologies and Design Thinking a plus
