We are currently seeking a API Integration Developer (Jira API) to join our team in Irving, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).
Job Duties and
Responsibilities:
- Interact with multiple stakeholders to baseline JIRA integration patterns and call out any anti-patterns, or something that is not technically possible
- Collaborate with developers to review the code as needed, and suggest the best practices for JIRA integration
- Continue to evaluate the current JIRA capacity and any baseline configuration to ensure to no issues are reported in JIRA uptime
- Process custodian to guide developers and other stakeholders related to best practices, do s and don ts etc
- Support multiple rounds of testing and to eventually have defect free code/ APIs for JIRA integration
- Collaborate with multiple teams for smooth rollout
- Knowledge sharing and documentation
- Basic JIRA End-user understanding
- JQL Query and Dashboard experience
- Good understanding of server side integration, Restful, Spring MVC, web services
- Ability to think out of the box and come up with systemic solutions to issues
- Team player, with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively communicate and share knowledge with contacts at all levels.
Skilled in developing collaborative relationships - Excellent knowledge of SDLC and experience working with Agile teams
- Very vocal to suggest new ideas, and take it to closure
Basic
Qualifications:
- 3
years of experience in JIRA Development experience including APIs, integration, configuration
Degree:
Bachelor s in computer science or equivalent work experience
