Production environments. As a Marine I worked in many positions of leadership, culminating in leading over 60 Military personnel in the daily
operations of an Intermediate Aircraft Maintenance Facility. As a Home Depot employee, I worked many positions from a part time employee on
the sales floor to a position of leadership that was responsible for all facets of the hiring process for 52 full time employees and overseeing
all merchandising for 8 Home Depot stores. While working at Columbia Forest Products, I worked at multiple locations within the mill due
to my ability to learn and master new jobs quickly.

Work in the Shipping department as a shipping Associate. Load/Unload trucks ensuring material is checked in
properly and that the proper product is loaded for delivery to Customers.

Worked in the BPO department as a lift operator, ensuring production flows smoothly, from ensuring that the proper veneer is loaded
on the lay-up, to making sure that the finished product is packaged properly for shipment.


I also worked as a Shipping employee, responsible for identifying the proper product for loading shipments of lumber, correctly placing
it on trucks and completing all paperwork for shipment. While working at Columbia I learned much in the making of Quality Plywood product,
I worked as a Raimann Operator (repairs veneer), a lift operator, Trained as a shipping back-up, and a Glue Mixer, all while working in a
safe and efficient manner and using 5S as a guide.

Worked many positions from sales Associate, Department Supervisor, Assistant Store Manager and ending as a Merchandising Execution Manager where
I was responsible Managing a team of 52 personnel. I was responsible for selecting qualified candidates, interviewing, hiring, managing my
own budget, writing and delivering reviews, advancing and terminating (where required) as well as handling disciplinary issues. I had to
coordinate my teams with 9 Home Depot Store Management teams to ensure that all merchandising requirements were accomplished within the
established timelines.


Reason for leaving - Relocated back home to West Virginia to be closer to family.

Held many positions over a 21 year career, starting from initial enlistment as a fuels specialist and ending as an Aircraft Maintenance
Manager. I held multiple positions of leadership that taught me that there is much more to leadership than just telling someone what to
do.


1981-1989 - Fuels specialist - maintained fuels systems and worked as a combat Engineer.


1989-1994 - VMA- 124 Trained as an Aircraft hydraulics technician, worked on all hydraulic systems and Flight controls for the A-4M Aircraft.


1994-2000 -VMFA-112 Trained to work on the FA-18 Aircraft, I worked on all Hydraulic and Structural components including Flight controls. I was
certified as a Quality Assurance Inspector and served as the Airframes Chief while assigned to this Unit.


2000-2002 - MALS 41 Assigned as the Airframes Division chief for an Intermediate Aircraft Maintenance Department. I oversaw structural and
Hydraulic repairs for components for the following aircraft - FA-18, C-130, P-3 Orion. While assigned to this position I oversaw 60 Military
personnel from the Navy and Marine Corps and ensured all repair work was completed in a swift, safe manner.
